What I'm doing now
Last updated: April 2026, Caracas.
Work
- Magento backend at Improntus (remote from Argentina). Focused on performance, payment integrations, and raising the production-code bar.
- Keeping Adobe certifications current — Master — Adobe Commerce Architect since November 2025.
Personal project
- Rewriting, in Go, the full backend of a large MMORPG. Microservices, gRPC, actor model, custom binary TCP protocol. It’s lived in my headspace for two years; now it’s starting to look real.
Writing
- Just opened this site. First stories are seeds — expanding them into 2–4 posts per month on architecture, AI-in-workflow, and technical leadership.
- Aiming for one long polished essay on how Claude is wired into my team’s real pipeline.
Studying
- Concurrency and distributed-systems design in Go. Go’s concurrency is its own world — worth mastering coming from the PHP mindset.
- Modern RAG patterns for searching and synthesizing over my own content.
Life
- Running three times a week. Not an athlete, but the code ships better when the body moves.
- Caracas. Sometimes Buenos Aires for work.
